To assist homeowners in preparing for many building projects around the home, we have prepared several packets of information that you may print:
The signed application, the Pracel ID#, and the information requested in the packets should be sufficient to allow us to process and issue a building permit.
In addition to the packets available on this website, permits are also required for, but not limited to, the following:
- Roofing
- Electrical service updates
- Siding/windows
- Additions
- Driveways
- Concrete patios
